Red system boxes in Navigation

Can anyone tell me if I can get rid of the red "system" boxes that are on the navigation page.  I have double boxes for "feedback view"  and "blogview" even though I have uninstalled feedback and blog module.  I am assuming they are not needed unless I am using the modules.

Also, would like to know how to get rid of all the extra unused green blocks that are accumulating within the larger box of unused, duplicate fields.

You'll have to edit the database to directly remove it. In your database, navigate to sys_menu_top and delete the row called "bx_blogpost_view." Once done, empty the cache/ (except for the .htaccess file) and cache_public/ directories. For any other entries, you can just repeat the above.
