Record a video comment

Hello when i try to do record a video comment i get message connection error

how this fix?

is here who can help this case?

Is the RMS server running, and is the domain whitelisted?

I guess because Arvixe is my hosting and they have a dolphin server, and know how dolphin works and what it needs.

For video commenting to work with 7.1.x> you need the updated RMS server, not sure if Arvixe has updated theirs.

Do a search in the forums. Arvixe is not as good or as reliable as you think they are. The forums are filled with reports of problems with them.

So don't just assume it is running and is of the proper version. Have them look into it.

I was never able to get the record a video comment on my Arvixe hosted site to work. I tried support tickets and their forums. They said they adjusted a few things but to no avail. I finally gave up on having it work, basically figuring that if I wanted it to work, I'd need to move the site to a different host.

If you have better luck and do get it to work on Arvixe please let me know how you did it.

 I ask my hosting that RMS IP and port number and they give to me that and now video record working fine
