Do I need Ray Media Server in order to have Video Chat Working? 

If so, where do I purchase license from? Is my Boonex license good for that?

If you want video and audio to work in the chat rooms  you need to have rms installed on your server or see if your hosting provides it for you.  Most hosting companies do not provide rms.

You do not need a license to use or download the rms server. 

 you should do  a search first before asking.

Yes, you need RMS to have video chat working.

It's a free module you don't have to pay.

In order to run that you must have a VPS or dedicated server where you have to ssh in to install RMS, and/or the host like Zarconia that offers RSM on their shared hosting. 

I did a research and all it says is: INSTALL RMS... Nowhere says if it's PAID.

 It is a free source, you need to install it on your server if you have permissions.

Shared hosting services do not allow you to install your own RMS server.

If your own a VPS or above then you can install it for your server.

If you don't want to do all that, we can provided RMS... nothing is free.

You can use the chat rooms without RMS, you just will not get video.

you can also buy the no RMS versions of the chat software. Search for RMS free or Anti RMS in the market
