Ray Chat ........ Need Help stoping spam etc

Hello can someone please tell me how I can stop web addresses and email address from being passed via my chat room???

I have unticked the 'enable urls and e-mails' in the chat settings but it dont have a effect so I dont understand what is for ???

How did u fix it

you need to untick the enable URLS and Emails option, clear cache and when chat room is refreshed by users the option takes effect saying "URL cut or Email Cut"
