RSS Feed wont feed from my site but other sites

For some reason I cant get my Rss Feed to display my forum topics, I just get the spinning loading animation. Althought if I try to add an RSS Feed from another website it works fine.

I have this problem with one of my hosting companies as they wont allow this function for security reasons!

I have made a work around by adding a new PHP Block to the homepage and another one for profiles which just drag the info from the database rather than a RSS feed.

You will need Deanos Tools to easily create the new PHP Blocks. Then add the code.
