Quotes Module

I have been getting the following error on the quotes module for quite some time.

The module seems to be working ok by delivering quotes on the web site as expected.

Below is the beginning of the error.

Database error in Single Booklovers<br /><br /> 

Query:  <pre>SELECT `Text`, `Author` FROM `bx_quotes_units` ORDER BY RAND() LIMIT 1</pre> Mysql error: Got error -1 from storage engine<br /><br /> Found error in the file '<b>/home/singlebk/public_html/modules/boonex/quotes/classes/BxQuotesDb.php</b>' at line <b>29</b>.<br />

Have you tried uninstalling the quotes module and then reinstalling it. If it were me, I would uninstall the quotes module, then delete the quotes folder from the modules/boonex directory, and then upload a fresh copy of the quotes module, and install that one. See if problem still arises.

The most common cause of mysql error "Got error -1" is low disk space. Check with your host for any issues with available space on any of the mounted partitions.

Could also be a corrupt table, so try a table repair of the table bx_quotes_units in phpMyAdmin.

I think the "repair" worked. I have not seen the error since.
