Quick Video question

I have 3 video files that are not processed. I received an email that said ffmpeg ran out of memory. I checked the php.ini  and increased the memory allowed to 256m,, my question is will cron try and reprocess those video files.

Why not set the memory in php.ini to unlimited and resolve the issue permanently?  Old trick learned in D6 that works well in D7.

Not recommended if you don't have a dedicated server, of course.

yeah I kinda just ignored that 256 should be more then enough..but my question is still not answered....will cron reprocess those video files or should I delete them and try again???

i would most likely delete and reload. i think what happens is that a tmp file gets created during conversion, and i do not think cron will fire again on that specific video. otherwise it would always refire on all processed videos.

FFMPEG will not reprocess the files.  So, you'll need to delete them & retry.
