Public photos of suspended members still showing....

Can someone tell me if public photos of suspended members are supposed to still showing in the public photos?

The avatar and profile are unaccessible put there pictures are still public viewable.

Is it supposed to be like this  ?

I just test it on a last version and It still showing photos of suspended accounts.

Is there a way of adding a condition to hide public  photos of suspended account member profiles ?

Anyone help? hehe
