Protect Teens on the site.

I have more than 8000 Teen between age 15 to 17 that are using my site. Is there a way to protect them from "Pervert Adult"? For example; only 15 to 18 will be able to talk to each others then18 to age 150.

I remember seeing previous topics on this subject.  I don't know if a solution was presented or not.  Try using the magnifying glass icon above to search the forums and see if a solution was presented in those topics.

The perverts can still pretend to be 18-15 teenagers. In another word, you cannot protect them but themself. it's an issue on all social sites.

What prevents a user from entering a fake age (DOB) ? if you can resolve this it will be a big hit for mainstream and adult biz. 

There are methods to try and get an age proof and some sites incorporate these.  So the question of how to prevent 18+ from contacting someone that is 14 is a valid question.  In a related issue that I posted, I wanted a way to mark content as "Adult" so that members could filter out such content if they wish.  On Yahoo! 360, now defunct in all markets (they recently shut the Vietnam site as well), one could mark their profile as "Adult" and there was a setting in one's profile where you would not see any "Adult" profiles.  I would like to see more such filters in place in Dolphin.  Currently my site is only for 18+ but that does not mean my members want to see everything on the site.  We ask our members to set the privacy on anything that could be considered "Adult" to either members or friends so such content does not appear on our home page.
