Profile pictures??, email issues,

I'm having a number of issues with profile pictures. To start, the only place i can find an option to upload pictures is on registration. I can't find anywhere at all in edit profile or the back end that says anything about pictures, except for on the registration page options. The pictures that you do choose to upload on registration don't work, and i did chmod the media folders correctly.

I'm also having issues with emails [no emails are sending at all], but that could have been a mistake of mine somehow. I'd still like to figure it out one way or another.

I havent gone as far as modifying files, but  i'd like to figure out how to change the FAQ and ABOUT US pages, if not remove that whole link bar at the bottom.

I'd really appreciate someone telling me how i can fix this business. thanks in advance.

You can change your uploaded avatar only with avatar module only! DId you install it?

where do i download the avatar module? i cant find it in the market.

 The avatar mod is already in your modules, go to || Administration --> Tools --> Modules   scroll down to "Not Installed Modules" find avatar, click on box next to it and then click install.

but dear boonex: that's extremely confusing since theres already a module menu button.... and no way to get to that from there.

the emails arent sending. is this something to do with cron jobs? I don't  know how to trouble shoot from here.

Ok make a ticket on support page and describe there all your troubles. I believe that they will help you

yes, cron job is needed to send email. Also, it is needed for many modules.
