Profile pics do not show on some places

Please see the red circle in my attached screenshot. The profile pics is not showing up as some small icons.. I have 7.1. Can I solve this problem? Thanks.

Thats not a profile photo spot. Thats the spot where the avatar is displayed.

Avatars can be displayed using several ways:

- using separate Avatars module

- using Photos module

So it looks like in your case Avatars module is set to serve avatars for profiles (this is default setting) and avatar is empty or Avatars module is not installed.

You can change this behaviour in

Admin panel > Settings > Advanced Settings > Profiles:

- Member Thumb

- Member Thumb Icon

If you are not planning on using avatars, you can uninstall the avatar module.  If the avatar module is not installed, then Dolphin will use the first profile photo as the avatar; or that is the way it use to work.  I see no need for the avatar module to be installed if one is not going to use avatars.
