Profile Question

Just cant find a setting for this

My profile i want them to be public view but if you hit any profile on my site it pull up the login..   How to i get the profiles to view when a guess arrives

OPen the : profile.php

find this code line: $memberID = getLoggedId();

and add these code lines after that:

if(!$memberID) {

header('location:member.php');

}

http://squid4duck.org/member.php Using that all members I click on show the url I have prior.   What i am trying to do is have all profiles not private and viewable to the public...

Go to the membership settings in your Admin and activate "view profiles" action for Non-member membership. Also, if you already added the code suggested by SashaE, remove it. I think she mis-understood your question.

I have all the view profiles active and nothing is happening..

i am still trying to see how i can take the private of the profiles.   I have already made sure memberships are set correctly and that does not correct it

After changing admin settings, clear cache.

We have changed the setting and cleared the cache,  this problem is on two of our sites and they are upgraded to 7.05

LOL, I guess no one out here has real answers for this situation...    I guess i will just wait to see if the next version fixes the error.........  Thanks to all that have tried to add input.
