Profile Photos block fixed height on profile page

Does someone know how i can set a fixed height for the photo block on profile page?

I know CSS but when i try to do that all blocks get the height and not just photo block

Dolphin allows the use of custom design boxes.  Copy the first design box; save it with a new name and change the classes that it is using.  Add your new classes to the CSS sheet.  Then you want to change the profile photo design box to your new design box and adjust the CSS accordingly.
