Profile Photo Size

How can I increase the size of the Avatar/Profile Photo from the default to 164px x 200px. I have already incerased the size of the div that enclose the photo, but the photo itself is still small inside the block.Ihaveincluded a screenshot. The top block is what I need the end result to look like, the bottom block is the existing Account Control block (actually I duplicated the block so my changes would not affect the original, cause I still need the original layout).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

OK, the avatar module is separate from the profile photo.  Are you using the avatar module?

You know whats worse than realizing that you are an idiot. Waiting over 20 hours for an answer to something and then realizing how much of an idiot you are.

I have spent so much time making changes to the coding, that I completely forgot to check in the Admin section, where most of the simple changes can be made.

For those of you who wanted to, dont worry, I slapped myself.
