Problems after upgrade

Hi all.

I have just re-uploaded my website to a new host company and it was working successfully on 7.0.  Therefore, I wanted to upgrade to 7.1 which has caused a problem with the website.  I followed ALL directions carefully, but now after the upgrade has been completed, all I see on the frontpage of my site is a blank page.

The administration area seems to be working fine, but I can't see anything on the frontpage.  Does anyone have any ideas please as this is driving me crazy.

My website is HERE.

Thank you all.

A blank page means a error is occurring. But the host php configuration has the php setting of display_error set to off.

Either add display_errors = On to your custom php.ini file if your have one and yor host accepts it, or look at the php logs for the server.

Without the error we cannot help.

Thanks for the reply.

I am sorry to sound like a novice but is the php.ini normally located in the root folder or somewhere else.  Also how can I check my php logs as I have never needed to check it before.

Thanks in advance.
