Problem with video convert

I have problem with convert video here: http://www.areavis.com/m/humor/view/Kanadyjczycy-pokazują-Rosji-że-Igrzyska-są-trochę-gejowskie-Video

I have information: not found a video in a supported format and mime type

what does it mean?

I contacted with my server support and they tell me:

Apache error logs and found this error:
File does not exist: /home/areavis/public_html/plugins/jquery/jquery-1.10.2.min.map, referer: http://www.areavis.com/m/humor/view/Kanadyjczycy-pokazują-Rosji-że-Igrzyska-są-trochę-gejowskie-Video
as it is a generic error we can not troubleshoot it properly.

Please help

Your video isn't proccessed correctly.

Do you have access to the error log? ssh access?

That error has nothing to do with the video - either your host is clueless, or they simply don't care.

Does the video play normally with the HTML5 module uninstalled (in Flash)? If so, there's an issue with the other formats, as mentioned by Prukner. Check your email for the FFmpeg output for that particular video, or for a new upload. If this problem isn't happening with other videos, it's likely this one is simply damaged.

Since you're using the HTML5 module, do you have the H264 option ticked under the Flash app settings? This option needs to be enabled for the HTML5-compatible formats to work.

I checked again this video file. What it turns out. When normally I upload the video to the module "Videos" - The video file is operating normally and I`m able to watch. For the test I did uplod the same video file and works properly.

However, when I'll upload the same video file to module "Humor" - the same file does not work. That somewhere could be the reason?

So this only happens with that module? Looks to be an issue for the developer to look into, as it's not happening anywhere else. By chance can you check to see if there's even a WebM file that corresponds with the video ID? It should be under /flash/modules/video/files.

Yes, it seems that only in the module "humor" does not work the video file. I wrote yesterday to modzzz but he not written to me yet, he's probably busy.

I checked and I have something like this: 2095.webm and 2095.m4v
What does this mean? I see the same upload data these files

What this could mean? The same file I also uploaded for test into the module "groups" and did not work.

Upload it on demo.boonex to test your file.

Video file is correct, because when I did upload to module "videos" played without a problem. It is the same with other videos.

Upload it on demo.boonex to test your file.
