How have the same title on the menu-barre ?

Are you sure you did not do this yourself unintentionally.  When you create a block, you give the block a title that shows up in the title division of the block.  When you create a menu item, you label that menu item.  Please check to see if you unintentionally give the menu item the same title as the block.
