Problem with forum

When I go on forums and open a post this is what happens:

My website is professionally translated in Italian, but if you recompile in English gives no more errors. How can I fix the problem?

When did you apply the Italian translation?  Did this happen after applying the Italian translation, or has the Italian translation been in place with everything working?  It is possible that there is a problem with the translation file.

Seeing this:

parser error : Entity 'grave' not defined

When you have multiple errors reported; you start at the top and fix one by one.  Often the following errors are caused by the first error.

Indeed, if I fill in English the error is gone and you see the post normally. So I think that the cause is the translation files even if the rest of the site and modules work perfectly. 

But how do I fix the error? There is a procedure and which one?

I found how to make doing as you said, opening the file and correcting the term. But now I have this problem: By pressing on the little hand "Like" nothing happens. It seems not active.

The like button may be a separate issue.  Was it working before?

Yes I think I may be a separate problem but I did not notice whether or not worked before. Do you know how to solve?

Create a new topic for this one, say along the lines of "Press Like Button In Forum Does Not Result In Action" or some such thing keeping in mind there is a topic title limit.
