Problem to upload video for some videos

Hi everybody,

I have trouble to send some videos on my website. Some video worked (like WMV or other standarts formats) but for other (like video mobile) failed. I think there is some codec missing but I don't find information which explain how is it possibe to add easily codec missing in ffmpeg.

Yes, ffmpeg don't support required codec in your case.

Try to use ffmpeg provided in the package if you are using some other ffmpeg provided by the hosting server, ffmpeg provided with Dolphin has all required codecs.

Thank you for your help. It's strange because I'm using FFMPEG provided by Boonex. I had never change the FFMPEG in /flash/modules/global/app/ffmpeg.exe

I installed also RMS from Boonex (http://www.boonex.com/thankyou.php?p=RMS-LINUX-v.7.0)

My dolphin version is 7.0.1,  this is maybe the problem ?

Thank you

Yes, it maybe the the problem !

ffmpeg binary was recompiled in 7.0.2 and 7.0.3

I suggest you to upgrade to 7.0.3

Also you can try to check to upload your video on www.boonex.us site - it has latest 7.0.3 version, if it works there then it will work on your site too, if you upgrade to the latest version.

Below is the legacy version of the Boonex site, maintained for Dolphin.Pro 7.x support.
The new Dolphin solution is powered by UNA Community Management System.
