Compile your language in Administration, and clear cache, that may fix the issue. Find it  here Admin>settings> language settings>language then check the box next to English and recompile.

Hopefully you have a back up prior to install, just in case.

it looks as if something did not upload properly, so i must ask the infamous question: What kind of install did you do? Was it a manual install, or did you use an auto-installer? Also must ask - how did you upload files to your server? Did you use filezilla by any chance. (I ask about filezilla cause there have been times when pages did not get uploaded properly for me using filezilla)

The most common cause of this is the database server timed out or was not able to handle the load during the install process. If you see that right after the install, it's best to trash it and do it again because something went wrong and there could be other problems as well.

If it continues to happen on every install, my guess would be the server just cannot handle dolphin.

Also, a tip. When you get to the part of the install process that tells you to reverse the permission on the inc folder. Do not do it at that point. Skip that part, finish the install, and do the permission reversal after dolphin is running. That step could have caused this issue as well.
