Problem blank page after upgrade 7.0.3 to 7.0.4

After i upgrade my site if i try to access to index page show me blank white page. During upgrade all is fine. i do all steps in script but still blank page . www.boji-dar.info

Im not getting a blank page at your site.. Your template is off center, but the index.php page is not blank. Try clearing your browser cache possibly.

Yep now my site is ok. One of modules not working properly (for adding articles from users).

was this ever fixed? I am getting a blank page on articles, even when I go through the admin section, I click articles and I get a blank page, Not good, I have one member using it almost daily and another about to start
