Problem Loading Orca Forum - Loads Blank

I have had this problem with all versions of dolphin 7 to 7.0.3

I install the forum module and then go the modules orca forum  so I can compile it, and it loads a blank screen. How or what do I need to do to fix this?

I have uninstalled the forum and reinstalled it several times.

I used to have a shared hosting, before,  and orca worked just fine on that, but now since I upgraded to virtual dedicated hosting, the forum has stopped working.

Would the server need something to be configured for it to work? I dont have the option to reconfigure the php command line.

I have tried and tried, but still cannot get orca to load.... what requirements is needed in order for orca to work??????? I even waited until the 7.0.3 version and still no luck

There are many posts about this. Try searching for forum and you will find your answer. It has been answered many times and am sure it will help you.
