I have dolphin setup on a Windows 2003 server using wamp (latest version). I have tried searching this site for answers but I can not find the answer to the problem of when I install modules. they don't work. The site goes to the .../m/files and there is nothing there. I have tried recompiling the language files but that does not help. From the back end I can see the databases are installed for the modules but the frontend does not function at all.
It just goes to the .../m/files and there is nothing to see. Where am I going wrong. The modules say that it is done and are green at the time of the install but when I check the site, nothing!
This more than a little frustration because I have deleted the install and did the whole thing over again and it does the same thing. Can anyone point out where to look to solve this issue?
