Privacy groups adding site wide groups

In 7.0.9 had the ability with a mod that could make a group then make that group into a group privacy site wide. A example is running a photography site I don't want photos uploaded of say topless women that is viewable by general public only those that want to view mature content. I was able to create a group called mature then with a mod called group member privacy I think was able to add that group to the privacy list and it was site wide for any member that joined the mature group to post photos , blogs etc that only other mature members could see without actually having to post in the group itself. It became available in the drop down list amongst friends, members etc.

In 7.1 this ability is missing and the only mod have seen is the one that adds males only, females, couples etc..?? On the forum side need more options besides just public/private , being able to create forums for different membership levels would be handy ie: some for standard then promotional etc..

Cheers.

Worked out how to make forums for different membership levels using the page access control, which from there have made some forums for only Australians which I need change membership levels to one made called Australians. Would there be a way you can control access to certain forums by country ip blocks?

Is there a way to add to the standard site wide privacy groups that would work site wide for photo albums, video albums etc. There was a mod but with the latest versions as stated in first message this no longer works. In the store when adding a product you can select what member level can purchase including added membership levels.

store add

As site admins it would be nice to be able to modify the privacy groups so they run throughout the site. Are there any mods at the moment that would work where could add a option in profile questions to say ask if wish to view mature content, if no no mature content access if say yes they get to see mature content.

Cheers.
