Premium Store issues with download after purchase

I just did a test purchase and there is nothing to indicate for the customer to download what they have just purchased even after paying for the item.  The download button does not appear and there is nothing to show where to go to get the item purchased.  Feedback please.  The item is still showing in the shopping cart after the purchase as if it never happened.  Why is the customer not able to download after the sale and no notification of the sale is sent to the seller.  Thanks

did your payment go thru?
if your payment is pending the download button will not show or you get a msg when you click on it.
when all is fine you can see your purchase in a list under your account details. Also you will be able to to download the mod.
