I went to the forum for the extension above and clicked the "New Topic" button, I hope this question will go to the said forum. Anyway, here are my questions

1. How do you shorten the length of text box seen here:

 
 2. How do you get rid of the Why text box, I don't see any use for this. See below:

3.Remove Payment type (I don't see any use of this for my setup) and make currency Pesos(Philippines) by default.
