Predefined Values broken after upgrade

Hi -

Get this error message when clicking on 'predefined values' menu item:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function getprekeys() in /home/my-account/public_html/administration/preValues.php on line 90

Can anyone help please?

It looks like /inc/prof.inc.php file was not overwritten during uploading patch.

Try to re-upload this file again, also check if all other files from patch were overwritten.

I have this exact Fatal error also... I did not do an upgrade, I did a fresh install.

Please make sure that you make clean install into empty directory and empty database, it is not enough to overwrite old files and perform install.

Hi Alex, I did do a clean install into an empty directory and empty database, so did not overwrite old files... however, I did re-install the same file you mention "inc/prof.inc.php" and that fixed the problem for me also... why I had this problem on a clean install, I have no idea... but the main thing is it is working now.
