Predefined Lists - Error on saving

Hi All,

I have created a long list (93) items when i clicked save i got an error "Database query error" but the item saved to the DB (i see them using phpMyAdmin, the problem is i can only see half of the list items on my site.

any one can help with this problem?

Thanks for your reply I have been reading around about you and you are doing GREAT work!
My question is there a limit for “Multiple selector" items I tried to change the country to Multiple selector and it display only 69 or 70 items same as the list I have created. Can this be change I am not a php expert.
