Points Module & Forum

I'm looking to start a new site.

I know there's a few points modules.  I need it to perform in a different way.

I'm looking to start a scriptwriting site.

So, people will upload their scripts to the forum.

After say five uploads, I'd like to cap that, so that no one can read their sixth, seven etc...  Unless they've contributed to the site through the reading of other members scripts.

And I'd like that to be points based on the page count.  So 0-10 pages would be 1 point, 11-20 2 points and so on.  When they've reached a certain amount of points, their forum posts that contain their script will be automatically unlocked.

1 point could unlock one script of say 0-10 pages, but if they have a 45 page script, they'll need 5 points to unlock their script for others to read.

Regular members after one year can have all their scripts unlocked, or other kinds of milestones.

Could this be possible on a Dolphin platform?

You may want to consider developing this is a separate module instead of modifying the forum. The forum is cumbersome to work with in terms of customizing.
