Pictures in comments? Larger comment block size?

Hi there.  I'm just getting started on a fairly simple site concept.

But integral to the concept would be a nice, full-featured comment block for each article.  I'd really like the users to be able to attach pictures to their comments.  Also video, but I thought they could use video comments for that (then I read somewhere on here that video comments don't work? WTF?).  Finally, I'd like the comments box to be larger at first, to encourage them to have a longer say.

I did do a forum search and an extension search and couldn't find anything about allowing photos in comments.

What are your suggestions?

I seen in a market store plugin of TinyMce (text editor in comments) that allow your insert images from your PS! Make a search in a market section
