Photos blogs. How to reduce?

I have a problem with photo blogs thumbnails on the home page. I want the thumbnail images were so small as groups. At the moment they are too big. How can I make it smaller? Perhaps using some autoresize?
I searched the forum but I could not exactly in my case find something.

Try going into the backend and going to the blog module and then settings.  There are settings for blog thumbnail.  See if that controls the thumbnail size on the homepage.

 Thank you. I already did the changes in blogs -> settings. But these changes do not work for the first 3 images displayed on the blog page mainly. Only after the scroll arrows are displayed smaller.

So what values I must enter for thumbnails blogs to small as thumbnails groups?

I should have been clearer in my statement.  What I meant was what results do you see when trying to make changes to the thumbnail?  Maybe some others will respond on this as well.  When I have time, I will play with it on my test site and let you know.
