I have the same problem for about 2 months it cause me to uninstall my site twice and start from the bottom again, the last reinstall I keep an open eye, on every mod I install, as i install a mod I logout from admin and login as a member and and test the upload for each functions and every thing work until I install this mod

From the link above I know that many people having this same problem and probably get sick of it and gave up.
I have one thing to say when you install dolphin, go and install every mod an test them out if every thing work then its not the script, if you have problem later if probably coming from something you install or modify, changes can also cause you to damage your site if you not focus on what you doing like I did, I've been using dolphin from D6.1.1 so I'm coming along way.

as admin go to your administration/modules.php an uninstall the ( Credit mod from modzzz )

clear your Cache
logout of admin
clear your browse history
now login as a member and try to upload something, if it work go an notify modzzz the mod probably just need to be updated. for I buy lots of mods from him over the years and when I have a problem he help me fix them.

May I also make the suggestion that one create a clone of their site and test things on that site first.  I never install a new module or modification directly on my production site.  I install and test first on the test site.  That way if something is incompatible, it does not take my production site off line or cause issues for my members.

Please don't uninstall anything I was having file uploading problem cause I didn't follow the instruction when installing the credit mod. it work fine I'm sorry about the post.

I try to delete it before ppl go and uninstall the mod. but I dont see a delete tab so if some one from boonex saw this please delete all my post. thank you.
