Payment Problems

I am using the standard Dolphin payment system.  Most of the time it works as it should but sometimes the payments do not auto process; yes, I have all the PayPal IPN stuff set up and it does auto process at times.  I notice that the order ID is blank on two orders that are now setting in the Pending Orders list.  Some insight on what is happening and how to correct it would be appreciated.

I get orders that don't process automatically if they are done as paypal echeck or debit and not with CC. But I only find out a week later when I get my notification from paypal that payment went through, and I check dolphin and the order/profile didn't get upgraded.

I forgot to mention these are membership items; could that be a part of it?

possible... I only have membership upgrades to buy... but I've never seen a payment not process that wasn't an echeck. Are the ones not processing echecks for you?

The have not gone through PayPal, just sitting in the back end.  I have to manually process them.  I am waiting for confirmation to process them.  Once I manually process them, they go through.
