Recently I brought up the hot topic of having to pay for technical support only to have it pointed out to me that this is how a company pays for their overheads.
I have to admit that after the initial shock of finding out I now have something else to pay for, I soon came to realise that this is how the world actually works.......so fair enough.
But what about when your problem is caused by a new bug that came as part of the latest upgrade? I would be interested in everyone's point of view on this because of the implications of paying for a bug remover.
