PayPal Identity Token

Hello does anyone know how I can get a Identity Token in Paypal? Every time I try to make a purchase a message pops up saying that This Vendor Does Not Except Payments.

its been a little while since I did it, but I remember it was pretty simple.

set up a business account and there should be a pretty intuitive way to get the token.

you will still keep getting the "does not accept payments" message until you go back in and activate the account/token.

(I went to look to give you a better answer, but paypal changed some things and I don't have time to wade through the tutorial, sry)
