 Hi folks, Does anyone know how I can add the member's nickname (i.e. username) into the Password retrieval email template? Our members get very confused by the numeric id given in the retrieval email given that they tend to use their username/nickname to login. I've tried adding <NickName> into the template but this does not return anything. Many thanks in advance. Mark |

Unfortunately it's not, the NickName tag seems to be returning RealName data, i.e. Your member ID: 16 NickName: Mark Borrington (should be markborrington, i.e. no spaces) RealName: Mark Borrington Any ideas? Thanks |
