Password-protect Webroot without Breaking Dolphin

Hi all,

I'm looking to disable public access to our Dolphin site while it's under construction and was originally using .htaccess files.

However, while .htaccess superficially works (it does correctly require a password) it interferes with certain aspects of Dolphin (for example, Post to Wall on the profile page).

Please help me to password protect the entire site without interfering with Dolphin, because I really don't want the world seeing us while we're developing the site

Thanks!

Mike

Instead of requiring a password only allow your ip address and deny all others.
