Parse error with blog

I have just upgraded from 7.2 to 7.3 and now when using blog i get this error.

Any ideas would be great...

looks like somebody has been in there tweaking on the code and left a stray brace? who has been working on your site?

I have the same problem but with diferents files

and I never edit nithing on these files I yes backup my site and clean all cache, chae_public and tmp

but still not luck do I need to reinstall my site two
