Pages (sometimes) load Text Only

Hi,

Just installed Dolphin (version 7.1.4). Noticed that sometimes pages will load "Text Only" (no graphics). If I click the browser's Refresh button, it sometimes will load in graphic (normal) mode.  This is happening quite often (both in Firefox and Explorer).

I must ask you how you installed Dolphin, did you use a Softaculous or similar to install Dolphin?  Or did you manually install the software?  Have you looked in the admin/host tools and check permissions of the files?  Have you checked for any other problems like correct settings for php and mySQL?

By the way, go into your admin and uncheck compression for js and css; on some servers it is best to turn that off.

Used Softaculous. Thanks, I'll try the compression settings.

You may want to re-install in that case. We also have Softaculous on our shared servers, but Dolphin is kept disabled - it just breaks too much when installed that way. If you'd like, I can install it manually for you at no charge. Just PM me your details.
