 How to add Pages Blocks? I read the support forum said that we can add new blocks by click onto the (NEW ITEM) block, but as it shown on screen shot attached that this items are non-editable. Why is that? Please give me pointer to resolve this. Thanks!

Did you first drag and place the NEW_ITEM block in place in the menu? Once you place it then you can edit it by clicking on the title. Also, you say page blocks but you are working with the menu; to add page blocks, you go to the pages builder. Note that with page blocks, you can have html blocks or php blocks or rss blocks.
