I have a clean 7.1 installation, but I have to refresh each page to see updated or new content. I tried to use the cache settings in the admin panel, but all settings return to default after i save. Any help would be appreciated. I have File & xCache in stalled.

This happen to me also. i Tried to fix it without solution :( and disable all cache posible. but im still click refresh every page to get the data.
