I upgraded to 7.0.3 and now I'm getting the following page errors (see below) when I try to get to some of my modules from the admin section (www.****.com/m/<module>/<home,administration,whatever>):

The requested URL /m/events/home/ was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Anyone know where the modules went? The files and directories still exist in the server, but somehow, i lost access to them. I've change the permissions to 777 recursively to my entire modules folder.
