Page Block without heading

I wanted to make a Page block without a heading. I did not know exactly how to do it. I typed <none> in the heading. After I created the block, it came fine without any heading. Now the problem is that I cannot edit the block as it does not have any text hyperlinked. It is just there and I can either enable or disable it. Any suggestion?
