PHP error How to find which one?

I have one error in my error log for flash. When I look at the file that particular line has to be 4000 characters. Any suggestion as to what to look for where the end parenthesis should be where there is a colon? Is there a trick or rule I should be looking for or know to make it easier to note?

PHP Parse error:  syntax error, unexpected ':', expecting ')' in /home/xxxx/public_html/cache/sys_options_f1769730063ffc64a393e4ae9a2bc6fa.php on line 142

That is a cache file. You don't edit those. The clue is in the path to the file which is in the cache folder.

It's a damage cache file. Clear your cache. Manually if you have to so it gets regenerated.
