PHP code to include header and footer my site

check out the inc/classes/BxDolPageView - it has an explanation of how to create new php pages so that you can add blocks to the page using the page builder - even if you dont want to use the page builder, it gets you started.

Look at this; it appears the post was deleted but then created again when a reply was posted; the reply must have been posted at the same time as the deletion or something like that.

Or more likely, his time to edit/delete was still valid and the original poster deleted his comment but since a reply was in place it left the topic in place
