Outline not working

Outline was working fine. I made some mod purchases and not sure but it may have stopped reporting to the Outline. Or it may have been just a simple page builder mistake, but I think I maybe having a "Blonde" moment. I remember reading somewhere that Outline can stop working if the spy module was installed on the same page or was it that the evowall worked better with the spy installed on the page. In any case, I installed a Notification by email mod to get better notifications to members. Could it be? The reason I believe that the outline is not reporting is due to the fact that a member joined and his avatar did not post on outline. Could there be another reason? I went into timeline mod and none of the notifications are highlighted so therefore, I believe that they all should be reporting. I did have the avatar highlighted for the timeline which I changed. Could it be that the Outline and timeline cannot report Avatars together. I did update my Photodeluxe and my megaprofile also. That is why I am confused, I guess. Too many thinks going on. Can someone provide me with a bit of clarity, because my meds are not helping.

If it is Modzz's email notifier I have it installed with Outline and having no issues.

Yes, that is the one I am using. It maybe the updates to Photodeluxe or MegaProfile that were performed or it just could be one time glitch.

Still having the issue with the Outline not reporting events or new members or new loations added to the site.  Anyone else having this issue or could suggest a possible solution.
