Optimizing site

Does anyone know if i were to optimize my site through cpanel>optimize website, would it cause any issues to the 3rd party mods? I have the latest version of dolphin.

That option uses apache "mod_deflate" module. I think it might not be a good idea cuz if not configured properly it could forcefully compress stuff which doesn't need to be compressed. I would suggest try these methods as they are for dolphin so should play better with it and will give you good optimization.
