I dont think the spam issue is regarding the 'title' of the email. It more of 'where' the email is coming from. You can obviously change the title and/or contents by editing the email template, but I would also suggest what SashaE stated to do.

Zarcon is right.

It is down to the recipient to put emails from your website on their safe senders list within their own email client.

Make sure the 'From' email address being used in the sent emails belongs to the same domain from which the emails are being sent.  If you use the email address someone@aaa.com to send the email from bbb.com, it will almost always be rejected by most email providers spam detection systems.  This is a common spam filter that is used by almost everyone, because that is the way most spam emails are formatted and sent.

The first step to take, is to send emails from bbb.com by someone@bbb.com.  An email sent by someone@aaa.com from the domain bbb.com, is likely to end up in someones spam box.  If there is still problems, see the tutorial cited by SashaE.

I checked my ip at several blacklist checking sites (see below) to make sure that my ip is not blacklisted because of a previous user of the ip. Any other places I should check in this regard?
