I have no idea what this setting is for. Is this some sort of twisted english diction test?

My guess is it controls the number of albums and related items displayed next to a media when viewing it. For example when viewing a video, there are two blocks by default on the side for displaying the related album and any related videos.

But that's just a guess.

Why doesn't it just f%^&*g say that!

Ha! Have you looked at the explanation text for the membership level permission settings?

I never figured this out. I even tried Google translating it to other languages, then back again. I still have no frikkin idea what it does.

As for me, changing these values doesn't change anything in the site display or in the number of Albums that is possible to create...???
