Not getting new user email !!

Ok this started happening a cpl of days ago, out of the blue i stopped receiving emails to say a new user had joined my website, i have double and tripple checked that the check box is on in the admin advance controls and it is,  but i still cant receive the emails, so the only way i know a new user has joined is if i go into my admin pannel, which is a pain to do evey 10 minutes, anyone got any ideas?

Thanks

Check:
administration/basic_settings.php
here are setting for email notifications.

plus make sure that emails from your website not appear in spam (junk) folder

Hi,

didi you upgraded your Dolphin version?

Can you check your email templates to see if that specific email template is still there? We had a similar problem, then found out the template was missing...it is a long shot, but no other idea comes to my mind now...

Step 1 >> go to >> http://www.yoursite.com/administration/basic_settings.php

Than make sure in: Site Email:  and Site Email Notify

you have your site email sample:

Site Email: myemail@mysite.com

Site Email Notify: myemail@mysite.com

Step 2 go to >>  inc/header.inc.php

Find: $site['bugReportMail']

Make sure you have same email there sample

$site['bugReportMail']     = "myemail@mysite.com";

I have the same proble and this stop because I use diferents email one for header.inc.php and another diferent email for Site Email:

I hope this work for you if not so sorry I don't know wat is your issue

Hi,

so "template" would be the "mask email" or the "general text email" that is sent out to the users,...do not know how to explain this better, so just go to Admin Panel > Settings > Email templates and there you can see all the emails that your site is defined to send.

Another problem we had, and I forgot about it completely, was that our server main drive was full to a point where we stopped getting all site emails, so you may want to check that out in your WHM or with your hosting company.

Call your hosting company and see if they are chalking the email up as spam. This happened to me once and that was all it was,

Good Luck
